After a game update i re-downloaded a mod (Any NPC replaces Signature Suit) i had but it didn't work so i deleted the old file, but when that didn't work i deleted the file outside of the framework. Now the framework when opened gives me two error pop ups that say the same: "The mod Any NPC replaces Signature Suit couldn't be located! This will likely cause issues in parts of the framework. If you deleted the mod folder, use the Delete Mod option next time". Then lets me in normally but as soon as i enter the Configure Mods tab it gives the same error message and then stays in an empty screen un till it's closed.
If you replace your config.json file in the SMF folder with the one inside the latest release, it'll restore your mod settings and enabled mods to the default (empty) but should fix the issue.
