Major overhaul of train search, loco db, etc.

• Split up of TrainSearch/LocoDB/etc into generic reusable components.
• SPDX license tagging.
• drop git submodules in favor of IDF component manager.
• Add configuration option for automatic OpenLCB node id assignment (enabled by default).
• Add configuration options to adjust TWAI buffer size (default to 32 frames RX/TX).
• Fix double delete of train node when removing from active list (and roster).
• Pin WiFi and LwIP to core 0 and app_main to core 1.
