Add the hardware id for the OneXPlayer #361

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have noticed that xpadneo does not yet supprot the gamepad of the OneXPlayer. As xpadneo is regularly maintained and this gamepad is similar to the XBOX-gamepads, I would like to propose adding in the hardware ids.

Additional context The OneXPlayer is a laptop with integrated gamepad.

xpadneo currently does only support HID devices, for Xbox controllers that's Xbox controllers in Bluetooth mode.
