Any reason this won't work: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/microchip-technology/DSC1001CI5-026-0000/5046185 (power down instead of enable)

They have been EOL for a while, I just have them in stock, so I'm using them in my designs.

There are a lot of compatible parts. The one you linked should work. Pin one is permanently tied high, so in that configuration devices are identical.
