PVP Protected player can hurt others during war time. #124

Title.

Potential solutions include disabling pvp protection during war time, or fixing dealing damage.

SLS is still active on the Civcraft.net domain. http://atlas.civcraft.net/

And is unrelated to this ticket.

So, its broken (towers are can't damage players and deal any damage) im going to fix it

I wasn't able to compile the plugin with the changes. Make sure to use the 1.8-dev branch when you create your branch.
