For #662: Enable actual sync on prod #692

Remove the dry-run flag from rsync to actually sync the files.

Are you merging this one Nico? How will this be going to PROD again? And when do you think PROD will be updated?

It's going to prod by creating a pull request from development into master. I'll do that and merge it myself for now, but in the future we should protect the master branch the same way we did with development.

Hm actually I made a mistake with this one, I merged it into master directly rather than development... Oh well...

Looks like it worked, everything is now deployed on prod!
