Fix some issue #79

Hi @atarw,

I have a new pull request with this fix

Fix the problem font pixeled with noto font
Fix another null pointer into JTextField
try fixing mouseOver on the jScrollBar with adding a new effect MaterialUIMovementStatic it introducing a new effect onClick and onMouseHover

and I init work on demos with this old demo of the sun, if you want help me I'm adding you at the project, This is the project, https://github.com/vincenzopalazzo/setSwing3
