Conditional UI based on DFMs #19

Imagine All 4 with series detail screen, where you can select an episode to watch.

The video player is a DFM, which is not downloaded in countries outside the UK.

The play button shouldn't be displayed if the video player DFM is not present.

If time, we could do this with a play icon on the Film Detail screen that was dependent on the presence of a video_player module.
