Upgrade to node-sass 4.9.2 #113

Upgraded node-sass to 4.9.2 now that the critical vulnerability has been patched.

npm audit still shows some lower severity vulnerabilities: 10 vulnerabilities (2 low, 8 moderate)

Upgraded other packages as well.

Lighthouse test passed! The score of 69 isn't less than the acceptable score of 60 (5 less than the score of 65 on the master branch)
