Thanks for this @theutz

The slack icons are actually now in the repo so we would be able to omit this step from the setup in the readme.

Yes, thanks for flagging this @theutz. As Toby said #38 moves the icons into the web docroot so it's not necessary to upload them to each Pantheon environment anymore. I'll keep open until I can update the README to remove that step.
