Wrote a first draft of most of the security stubs. Added stuff about backups.

Is the documentation going to be geared more towards WordPress hosts or WordPress users regarding their hosting? The Codex is geared towards users. Based on the comments, it seems like there may be a little confusion about who this set of documentation is for?

Also, for what it's worth, there are WordPress hosts who are agencies who do not know anything about server admin-type stuff. I am thinking of people who "host" WordPress sites for their customers, but they really resell hosting they purchased from larger hosting companies. Those people will know WordPress, but they will not know server administration stuff.
