[improvement] ugly code in timeline.js #3

the file: build/templates/js/template.js has an ugly code that works but needs to be rebuild from ground up. Functions that need to be made again:

initTimelinePage()
prevTimelinePage()
nextTimelinePage()
setTimelinePage(is_next)
