Resolve Java Ferret update confusion #14

Oracle has indicated that the Java Ferret tool is outdated and provides only static attributes. They also indicated that they have an updated tool that can provide dynamic updates to attributes as they change within an application. However, communications to date have not clarified the status of the updated tool.

Alan King just created a test tools document for software that talks about using: Microsoft Inspect, Microsoft AccEvent, Oracle JavaAccess Inspector, and the Colour Contrast Analyser.
