Submenus use white on gray text when Zoom is 400% #3053

Under certain user settings (specifically, high levels of browser Zoom), submenu items in main navigation menu use white text on gray background. Problem occurs with mouse hover over submenu items.

Kathy fixed this on the baseline sited, and has offered to see if the fix would work on the main site..
