there's a lot more content in the rulemaking, background, advisory committee reports etc. should this be migrated? It would be more difficult to access later since they are so many separate pages

I agree that this will be more difficult to upload later than now.

I don't think we have the time to include this content in the MVP.

I understood this to be the sort of content that we must, at least in the short term, to point to versions on Regulations.gov. This is complicated by regulations.gov being in a state of flux!

Awesome! I didn’t realize a lot of that info was on regulations.gov, much simpler to just point to them. We could always keep a copy of the files for people to download but don’t need them up in HTML

Per call 9/9, this mostly should be links to Federal Register.

Most important is capturing files while we access to Joomla site.
