Confluence Pages with page property reports and labels #206

This change will:

  1. Init Base Pages (Customers, Detection Rules, etc.) including page property macros
    • Currently only for Customers as an example
    • Page Property Report is limited to page labels
  2. Label each Customer Page

Benefit: A nice 'overview' page for each bucket.

Hello @andurin! Thank you very much for your contribution (: Could you please resolve the conflicts in the PR? You've created PR to the master branch, but we restrict access to master and we all do PRs only to develop (so I've changed it to develop).

Just created a new PR based on develop branch - this one is no longer needed.
