Custom template directory #221

If one would like to change the output style without conflicting the defaults it would be nice to see this PR upstream.

This includes:

  1. A new configuration directive templates_directory
  2. Hints for the README file(s)
  3. Using the new configuration directive but falling back to defaults if not found.

@sn0w0tter, could you please check this PR? I remember we had problems with the templates directory and not sure if it will work without issues.

sure. as far as I remember there was an issue when the templates directory was stored outside of scripts folder. will check if this is still an issue, if so there should be some check for the location stored in config and a warning message
