Update Dependabot PR prefixes for Go-based projects

Overview

Update Go-based projects to use updated Dependabot PR prefixes.

Swap out current prefixes for ones which provide more specific context for what the update covers.

As applicable:

• replace go.mod with Go Dependency
• replace canary with Go Runtime
• replace docker with Build Image
• replace ghaw with CI Dependency

After handling the majority of projects I then realized that the "ghaw" prefix also needs updating.

The last few projects (go-ci, go-teams-notify) received that change, but the others haven't yet.
