Can't activate Mijia thermometer, connection established, got data #301

dear everyone, I use Home assistant with bluetooth USB to get data from my Mijia thermometer. Once the battery was empty and I forgot to change it immediately. After some days/weeks I changed the battery. Problem: I can't connect it to HA. The Mijia device doesn't ask for bindkey anymore.

I reseted it (battery out, battery in, connect reset with ground...). After that I try to connect it over https://atc1441.github.io/TelinkFlasher.html It connected to TelinkFlasher.

BUT I clickt on "do activation", it showed me the bindkey but logs told me the "activation failed". And the field "Device known id:" is empty.

Has anyone an idea what I can do? Thanks for your advice.
