subset_mito_db.pl currently works on the higher taxon ID level #9

We don't want to cluster the high-level taxon ID (e.g. 8948), we want to:

  1. Create a master GI list for 8948 for subtraction via remove_mito_gis_from_gi_lists.pl
  2. Create mito gi lists for each family (?)
