Add a note that does not work with 32bit MSVC #140

Added a note that the ACL does not support 32bit MSVC projects.

I had submitted a PR a long time ago, but it was closed because I was too busy. I have corrected the advised points. #24

Sometimes my tweets to address this error still get retweeted, so I thought it would be better to put it in the official documentation)

Thanks for suggestion. Visual studio 2022 was released and whose default setting is x64 (at least in my local). So I hope this issue is already mitigated.
