Fix a regression bug in AtGetRingProperties #701

This fixes a bug reported here by @simoneliuzzo. The cavpts field was missing in the structure returned be atGetRingProperties used without arguments.

Dear @lfarv,

I have tested on several lattices. It seems ok.

lattice: V22zo has 24 cavities lattice: HMBA has 32 cavities lattice: HFD65a1d has 4 cavities lattice: EBS has 3 cavities lattice: DBAfg has 4 cavities lattice: FODON5s has 1 cavities lattice: FODON5s1 has 1 cavities
