Added Bluetooth support, however Bluetooth is disabled. I think that there isn't enough memory to handle the watch system, Wifi, and Bluetooth at the same time. Code has been added to enable and disable the bluetooth system and libraries, but there is no front end interface to use anything to do with Bluetooth yet.
