I accidentally committed this to an old branch which was deleted from github, so that's why this branch was called more-ble and had nothing to do with BLE or the old branch called more-ble.
This PR makes some changes to the schematic (ie: adding transistors to the LEDs that I forgot about, and decoupling capacitors on all the active ICs)
