Enhancements for travis #75

updated protractor version to 2.5.1 (latest supported version for node 0.12)
travis will run functional tests on phantomJS, local users will run them on chrome
tweaked package.json file as it had two scripts configs
travis will run in container based infr, making builds to start faster -> sudo: false
travis will use cache for node_modules so that on each push/PR npm install would not happen every time except for dependency updates

@atecarlos all the suff for travis is in place, it looks like you have not yet added the repo on travis, and configure it to build pull requests, can you have a second look at the settings

Thanks @BogdanLivadariu ! Yeah I had those settings turned on. It seemed like it built this PR. Thanks for the help!
