E173 Call Error #115

I Have E173 into Debian with asterisk 1.8 and when make a call. CLI return

 -- Executing [83229971@default:1] Dial("SIP/1000-00000007", "Dongle/dongle0/83229971") in new stack
    -- Called Dongle/dongle0/83229971
    -- Dongle/dongle0-0100000000 is making progress passing it to SIP/1000-00000007
[Mar  6 22:07:21] ERROR[6657]: at_response.c:472 at_response_error: [dongle0] 
AT^DDSETEX failed
[Mar  6 22:07:38] ERROR[6657]: at_response.c:827 at_response_conn: [dongle0] 
answered incoming call with not exists call idx 4, hanging up!

E173 works fine, check firmware and  voice feature
