msg Dialing but is locked #126

Hi, I have a problem with any dongle, I put 2 or more dongles and everything is 
ok, but any time any dongle stay in DIALING but isn't true, the dongle stay 
locked then I need restart dongle for keep calling

looks like dongle disappears or no voice enabled
