What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

root@asterisk:~/chan/chan_dongle-1.1.r14# ./configure

checking whether asterisk.h in /opt/local/include... no
configure: error: Can't find "asterisk.h"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ubuntu 12.04 LTE
