Error parsing incoming message Unsupported DCS value #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. send SMS with SMS Provider BTN.de over the XML API

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected: sms is forwarded to another handy

Instead i see in the asterisk Logs:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux raspbx 3.12.25+
Asterisk 11.13.0
Huawei E169 Firmware 11.314.13.51.156
