suggest best codecs configs to use with chan_dongle and freeswitch(mod_skypopen) #209

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
asterisk  11.7.0  chan_dongle  rev:42 centos 6.6 kernel 3.10.40
freeswitch 1.4

Please provide any additional information below.

scenario  is  

skype(remote pc)   -->   skype(local machine)  --> freeswitch(mod_skupopen) --> 
freeswitch(mod_sofia) -->  asterisk(chan_sip) --> chan_dongle --> GSM NETWORK

as recomended here

mod_skypopen connect to the skype client through a tcp socket and exchange
with it a signed linear (SL) 16khz stream.

So, for what the skype client and FreeSWITCH are concerned, all is just
signed linear, 16khz.

i don't know what is codecs used by chan_dongle
i am using huawei E153 modems
how to get good voice quality and prevent from extra transcodings  ??
