how to manually discovery ? #211

Hello,
i am working on remotely asterisk server , and it have many dongles 

i want to make an script to detect plugged dongles and add them on dongle.conf

my issue is some models worked when added by IMEI , but other models must be 
added by ttyUSB interface and didn't worked by discovery , 

also some worked by first and second interfaces of dongle as (ttyUSB0 & 
ttyUSB1) and other by third and second  as (ttyUSB2 & ttyUSB1)

is there any way to detect right interfaces ? some thing as udevadm , AT 
command or other commands ?
