dongle issue sometime #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hello sometime i get issue in dongle like firmeware show version but 
sometime show huwae modem name so we are unable to check balance in asterisk 
-rvvvvv  

when i restart dongle restart now card4 then working fine 

so what can reason how i can make stable i did upgrade latest version but

seems like issue sometime happen
