asterisk simcard calling from outside

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. asterisk working fine with simcard 
2. problem is when someone call from outside then how can prevent 
3. like i am calling attached simcard dongle with asterisk and i am calling 
from outside so i am hearing dialtone i want to block it how i can block ? 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

any idea how to block simcard calling in asterisk from outside simcard if 
someone try from outside then i see this line  Executing [s@from-gsm:1] 
Dial("Dongle/card13-0100000065", "SIP/callme/1760711") in new stack
  == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
want to prevent this thing but asterisk should be work fine as currently 
working fine but thing is want to prevent dialing from outside

can Hungup immediality or forward with operator service all incoming calls to 
black hole
