In force of HW BUG, because CEND not send for very early cancelled outgoing 
call, cpvt still zombi, and device always busy.

for test make call SIP -> asterisk -> E1550 -> ext phone... w/o asnwer to SIP 
before ext phone:

[from-SIP]
exten = test,1,Dial(Datacard/datacard0/${NUM})

And as soon as possibe terminate SIP call 

I hope fixed in r92

I did not suffer this problem in k3520, k3765 or E1752 earlier...
