Video call over 3g

Any chance to add the video calling option to it. i know it is posbile over the 
datacard with the original 
software(http://broadbandforum.in/bsnl-3g/63755-tutorial-make-video-calls-huawei
/ )
If u dial out using atdpxxxxxxxxx, it will attempt a video call to the xxxxxxxx 
number!

looks like mobile partner can work with other several modems for video call: 
e1550, k3765,...

I study it a bit, seems is setting the modem for multimedia modulation with 
at+cbst=134,1,0 and then does a connection over the modem at 64 Kb.
if needed i can can post some port monitor from a video call conversation from 
the mobile partner software.
