imei discovery fail for e1752c #44

this modem has 4 ports and imei discovery fails:

give me InterfaceNumber to port semantic map 

find all ports and read bInterfaceNumber file beside ttyUSBxx directory
find /sys -type d -name ttyUSB*

and also required semantic  of ttyUSB (data, audio, modem)

the correct should be 
audio=/dev/ttyUSB13              ; tty port for audio connection;        no 
default value
data=/dev/ttyUSB14               ; tty port for AT commands;             no 
default value
