imsi and imei params problem #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use E1550
2. use firmware 11.609.18.00.00 (one of the last)
3. try to bind it with imei and imsi in config file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It`s can`t be binded. Datacard is trying to bind /dev/ttyUSB0 but there is no 
use. When I`m changing it manually yo:
ttyUSB1
&
ttyUSB2
it`s works properly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

E1550 Firmware 11.609.18.00.00
Datacard Channel Driver, Version 1.0, Revision 318
Asterisk 1.6.2.9-2ubuntu2
Kernel 2.6.38-8-generic-pae
Please provide any additional information below.

with the older Firmware inbound dtmf is not working so, it`s impossible to use 
IVR, DISA and e.t.c.

I found that problem has gone in the new firmware. It`s still named 
11.609.18.00.00, but has an "B418" in the end.

By the way, whats a difference between chan_dongle and chan_datacard?
