E1553 - problem enable voice #94

I executed dc-unlocked in order to see if the voice is enable and the following 
result:

Hardware ver.       : CD6ATCPU

NAND Flash          : samsung_K5D1G13ACH
Voice feature       : disabled
SIM Lock status     : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

E1553 what ever i type, and do, i dont have voice enabled.
It accept the command at^cvoice=0 but then when i test it
I at^cvoice=? it says voice:(1) in other words disabled 

So what is going on?
