Select command could be improved, it select "too large".. #59

It looks like lines are selectable on a very wide area (maybe on their corresponding box ?) It makes it difficult to use on urban area ;)

Maybe an option to select on a layer basis could be useful too.. let's think about it.

A better select for lines is needed (eg: street selection)
