display geometry is not synced to map view geometry anymore

It means that all of the logic in trace, draw, etc. that was based on the assumption their container was strictly positioned like the map is not correct anymore.

This is top priority and not trivial.

My first intent is to split the display into 2 components, a menu container or service, and a map overlay container, aka viewport. Let's hope it works.
