Modified 120fps Fortnite ipa in game downloading issue #11

So it starts downloading at a constant rate 0%-14% but then it start acting up going from 14% back down to 10% then after a few minutes of going up and going down it starts doing the same thing at 30% then goes back down to 24%.. is that normal?

This is a bug with the game, not related to sideloading.
