Fix fabric/quilt dependencies metadata #6

The Fabric and Quilt versions are published as one version and have conflicting dependencies, which breaks modpack management tools and can also be misleading to some people who don't know that these mods are selected for their respective loaders. image

Is there a solution other than publishing the mod for quilt individually or not listing qfapi? I understand the issues with the current setup but I don't think there's a much better solution.
