Add png, jpg, webp links in description #432

This makes it easier to get the proper image files. Downloading avatars through the embed itself does not work as this will not return a file with a given file extension anyhow. This is why direct file extension links are suitable.

I don't really see the use case for this, and I think it looks kind of weird to just have these links there without any explanation.

The use case is a choice in filetype downloads with proper download capabilities

Arguably i think people with even the littlest bits of brain would be able to understand the context or explanation behind what those are for.

You can already download the image (in both the app and desktop version). I don't see any reason why you would need a specific file type for that.

I didn't say it's unclear but it just looks weird.
