This pull request aims to clean up the code base, do some breaking changes and add some convenient new features.

Breaking changes:

[x] discord.js v14
[x] es6 imports
[x] move "features" to event classes
[x] move "checks" to interval classes
[x] drop support for message commands
[x] drop moderator roles and bot side permission checks (use discord slash command permissions instead)
[x] remove mention limit feature (use discord automod instead)
[x] drop raid mode (you can pause invites in the discord settings instead)

(Planned) New features

[x] support loading configuations from env
[x] group settings commands
[x] buttons for common actions on userinfo embed
[x] command cooldowns
[x] modals for managing badwords/autoresponses
[x] more context menus
[x] prevent duplicate moderations
[x] autocomplete reasons and durations
