Resize Web Preview #1122

I would like to resize the web preview. It looks like there are controls there to do this but the don't work (see video) and are kinda hard to get hold of.

Would be great to see it on both normal view and full screen view.

please please please someone enable this feature. It would make chocolat perfect for working with mobile web layouts.

@locks it's a bugger to get hold of sometimes.

yeah RBSplitView totally doesn't like having nested splits of the same "direction"
