Need different color scheme selectors for '=' and keyword

I dislike that '=' characters inherit the "keyword" color. It'd be nice if they were governed by different color scheme selectors. This might affect more than just '=' characters though, I haven't checked.

It seems to also affect tokens like:

I think only one color scheme selector for '=' and those tokens is fine.

There is realistically little we can do about this, since we don't control the tmbundles.
