same serial for v2 as v3, is this expected behaviour ? #1646

I have a licence for version 2, I upgraded today to v3. I received the same serial as v2. Is this expected behaviour ?

Yes. Sorry if this isn't clear. It upgrades the serial you have already. Chocolat 3 then checks on launch to see if you're upgraded.
