Status Bar color not updating with theme #1657

Version 3.0 The Status Bar will not update in color fully when the theme is changed. Very inconsistent. I can reproduce this all the time. A video illustrating this problem: http://cl.ly/1Y1j2k160O2E When I make a newline in a document, the line number box is fixed. When I change the column, the Column Index box is corrected. Yah this is related to some optimisations I did to make the status bar draw incrementally. Guess it was one too many and now it isn't drawing at all!
