"Preferences > Enable Documentation Popovers" doesn't work #1674

I have this box unchecked, but I still get popovers appearing all the time, as reported in #1671.

Version 3.0.2, Mavericks, 13" Retina Macbook Pro.

+1, just found this out. I would like to be able to disable it.

This does not refer to the double-cmd documentation popover, but the code completion one. So for that it is working as intended.

I will however fix the popover to be less trigger-happy.
