"Open Recent Project" always opens project in new Window #1676

When I select File -> "Open Recent Project", the project is always opened in a new window. It appears to be impossible to open a recent project into a tab. It is also not possible to drag a window containing a project into another window as a tab.

Hmm, well I am trying to euthanize tabs because people find them so confusing.
